-Time line. Pricing for body corp meeting no the 11 January 2021. Like work to be done in February, Cut out 4 rectangular holes in the ends and 2 rectangular holes in the sides of the gutters and walls on the penthouse roof. Side gutter cut outs to be where current drain points are. Gutter cut outs on side of gutter to be minimum 350mm wide. Gutter cut outs at ends to be as wide as possible. - Supply and install 6 skudders to bridge between the rectangular holes in the gutters through the wall and into external rain heads. - Supply and install 6 external rain heads, rain heads to have overflows. - Supply and install new PVC down pipe for west side of roof, side of gutter location. To feed straight down to roof below. - Supply and install new PVC down pipe for east side of roof, side gutter location so that it does not feed into existing north east end down pipe. - Supply and install 4 new white PVC down pipes from the rain heads into the existing downpipes on the building. - Seal and apply coltogum (or approved equivalent) around the 6 rectangular holes to weatherproof. - All work to be completed to relevant standards and best work practice. All work is to be carried out adhering to health and safety standards.
