Fenwick Building Canopy re-roof

Napier CDB, canopy over footpath, require full steel replacement in same form as shown in photo, including new internal gutter with bonded rubber lining, and flashing to gutter from building front surface. We would like a fully turn-key solution quoted including any interaction with the council for scaffolding permits, etc. Canopy is approx 2.5 x 10 m in area.
