Leak at join

Have a leak coming inside through above window joinery, this is where the house roof likely meets clear-lite roof on patio. Need someone to take a look and replace/mend/silicone/fix so no more water issues. Looking to replace the patio clear-lite roof so this may be part the fix/job you could help with?? Ready to get this sorted ASAP.
