Reroofing

Hi there, The house is two storeyed with a low pitch roof and leaking found in the top storey. The roof area for the top storey is between 60-70 sq.m . The vent through the roof has no flashing , so I would like to get that repaired as well. Attached photo shows the issues with the roof. Please let me know an estimate to get this fixed. Does this estimate include the price of the roofing product or just the price to install the roof ? Looking forward to hearing from you
