I have a small rental property in Masterton built approx 1970. The Building Inspection carried out by Checkhome Services in January this year said the metal tile roof needs re-coating and painting to ensure it is water tight. Replacement is also required of all dented tiles. The report says metal tiles but I thought they were decramastic. Some flashing is required to be replaced and guttering cleaned and in some parts possibly replaced. Metal flashing around the pipe from the toilet needs to be replaced. I would like a quote for the above work and anything else you feel needs to be done. I cannot upload photos as not good with a Computer but if you reply I can send you a scanned copy of the ones the Builder took together with his report. I have had an Asbestos test done and percentage is 0.01%.
