An ongoing leak repair is required which is progressively getting worse and causing damage to the ceiling (refer photo) . I have been unable to locate the source of the leak from an external visual inspection of the roof or from the internal ceiling cavity. The leak only occurs intermittently depending on the angle of the rain. Repair is required as soon as possible
