Leaking roof
Job description
We have water leaking into the house in certain rain conditions and need source of the leak located and waterproofed before we repair interior. There is a number of areas it could be coming from as there is a roof valley, gutters, walls and pergola all converging around the area of concern. some of the tiles may need repairing or possibly some roof pointing to seal gaps. The first photo shows area I believe water is coming back into the house

Job was for roof leak repair including waterproofing roof repairs and gib, plaster and wallpaper inside. Sam who quoted the job had excellent communication and offered helpful advice and was accommodating around dates to get job done. The workers who did the job had some issues with communicating but have done the job competently and while it should be effective and do what is required the finishing was ok but probably not of an overly high standard as seen in photos before and after.
