Clean and prepare all ridges, Apply flexible resin that will move with the house and avoid cracking in future. Replace any broken/damaged tiles that will cause leaks and check for any roof penetrations and seal as required. Complete gutter clean and remove gutter mesh on valleys, flush down pipe if required. Install flashing to prevent water ingress to soffit and repair damaged soffit in certain sections.
