Property Manager has advised spouting needs replacing. I feel their handyman services' quote is excessive. Also, as the galvanised spouting at rear unit was replaced by a registered plumber 10 years ago I doubt this is due for replacement. Adjoining unit has visible rust hole showing in photographs. Unfortunately I am unable to copy these, although I could forward to email address.
