In the recent Friday night flood, heavy rain entered the roof through a roof fan duct, (we think) causing bowing and bubbling in kitchen ceiling. I need someone to check the roof to see where water entered, and seal it to prevent any future reoccurence.

Warren Bart came promptly, assessed the problem quickly, and took care to reseal the fan ducts and surrounding roofing nails where the rain had gained entrance. Communication was good.
