Small job - leaking gutter......might be the downpipe blocked

I have a gutter that is overflowing - it might be a blocked downpipe but the gutter is on the 2nd floor and leaks directly onto the garage roof - you can imagine the racket. This has been leaking since I had the roof cleaned - hence the thought that it is a blocked downpipe but could be the guttering (definitely coming through the join). Looking for someone to come, have a look and either fix it straight away or suggest what needs to be done
