internal gutter replacement ,roof maintenance & Cedar oiling /stain

Hi Team, We recently moved to a house which has internal guttering. It is currently in good condition, but we would like to convert it to a standard external guttering system. Also, we have some roof tiles which are broken and also need to Repaint the roof and other maintenance Work of roof. Last but not least would like to do the oiling or staining the cedar planks on the first floor. Our address is 12a Ervine place, Bucklands Beach.
