I am currently overseas and there was no communication for days once the job was awarded and fifty percent deposit made . The trade person is so unreliable with timing that tenant is pissed off and threatening to move out . Did not communicate on completion of job either for a day and then ask more money to do some remedies . Won't recommend and regret so much that I gave the remedy job to someone else. I have neither been told anything about warranty papers for the hot water cylinder .
