Interior leaky guttering
Job description
Interior wall leaks rain into downstairs room. It was discovered that the interior guttering is rusty with a few holes and the lounge room has a damp patch. Please replace the section of guttering to waterproof the house. Additionally there are some extra guttering areas to check also. Photos show the area needing replacing.

Karl was a cheerful and honest worker. He went the extra mile and sorted a leak out on top of replacing our guttering, down pipes and spouting all on his own. He worked efficiently and had excellent communication skills. I couldn't fault his work. Our spouting looks awesome!
