Shed roof repair and waterproofing

My shed needs a new roof and to be waterproofed. The shed was originally custom built with the house in 1990. The walls are still good but the roof which I think was originally made out of some kind of fiber cement is completely broken. The exterior walls are made of Insulclad and timber on the inside. The house is also Insulclad so it matches the shed which is why I don't want to remove the shed and put in a new one. The attached diagram shows the shape and measurements of the shed. I'm open to any suggestions as to the best solution.
