Job description
Existing Roof is ~45yrs old , Dimond 400 (?) Now in poor condition. Roof comprses --- (10Mx9M) on 2nd story, with ~30sqM (8.5M x 3.5M on single story extension . Pitch is minimal (1 deg? ), & I would like to consider increasing to to improve water run-off. Insulation replacement req'd. Noise abatement important -(Noise inside when it rains is significant) (sarked?). Lockwood solid ceiling for main 90m section. New spouting downpipes to match. Looking for a good job at a fair price. Lowest quote not grounds for acceptance. Open to options for replacement roof material. SAFETY 1st!

I was happily surprised at just how easy it was to get my roof replaced byTina & Richard of Diamond Roofing. Their team was SAFE, Professional, skilled, knowledeable , efficient & RESPECTFUL. I was impressed that at the end of each working day, they cleaned up, removed all rubbish & hazards, ready to go for the next day. The finshed job is actually better than I was expecting -if that is possible. In summary: Good communications On Budget! Timeline met -given Covid & Weather
