Re-roof house
Job description
We have a two bedroom unit, approximately 100sq metres. Original and existing roof has decramastic tiles. History of water leakage around roof and wood framed windows in one side of the roof. Roof was re-painted approx 10 years ago. Area: Farm Cove, East Auckland Planning to replace house windows, including those on the roof, with modern double glazed windows. Planning also to replace the roof, early 2021. Open-minded on options - new generation metal tiles? long run roofing? Looking for advice and quotations on these options. Diamond Roofing offered clear communication and a good price. Richard Hope was great, coming out to meet with us and our builder several times. His roofing crew had to co-ordinate work with the installation of new dormer windows. They were very professional in completing the job. After-job clean-up had some room for improvement, some nails and other bits left on areas adjacent to the roof (pergola & garage). Overall, I will recommend Richard Hope and his crew to any of my friends and family
