Roof & Tile & Gutter Package

Need someone with good attention to detail and quality work to carry out below: 1. The concrete which holds the ridge and hip capping gone loose and broken. Remove previous concrete. Replace with new concrete & new caps with new layer of flexi-point to finish. 2. Clean and flush the gutter, replace joining brackets & reseal joints where necessary. Both main house and garage. 3. Replace broken tiles if there are any. (We wasn’t found any broken tiles at initial inspection, but just in case there might be any odd ones) 4. Quote on replace the rusty garage roof. Depends on price, if the whole project excess budget significantly, it may be carried out at a later stage. 5. There is a dog in the house, the dog will be kept inside while inspection / project is carried out. The job can be taken as a package or just the re-bed and re-point. Job required to be completed ASAP.
