Hi David, I am sure your are a good roofing specialist, but I am quite upset that we have been charged $140 for what I have thought was initial estimate for the repairs. I understand how you can say that I have posted this as a job and you've done it, but you should have told me how much it's going to cost before you came out. You have never mention the cost during our communication and said it will cost us $140 only after you got off the roof. I will learn from this.

"If you had ask fora free quote I would have given one. Unlike some I can not see into the future so I was unable to give you a cost as you description of work was quite vague. You request on builderscrack was to check another trademans work and inspect your roof. An inspection is a job and costs. A free quote is a free quote. Perhaps you need to ask the cost before employing someone. I'm sure you check a price from a shop before buying something. Your roof will leak and cost you heaps"
