Slipped tile, leaking balcony and leak in roof

I have a slipped tile that needs replacing on our roof. I also have a leaking balcony that is leaking into our lounge. We might need the whole balcony replaced if the leak cannot be found. We have already had the trap replaced and also the base and part of the sides water proofed but still no luck. We also have a leak in another part of our roof going into our kitchen. Please help!!! :)
