Internal gutter needs sealing
Job description
Garage with long run roof which slopes down to concrete block exterior wall. Wall is capped on top with open guttering on internal side of wall. You can walk along top of wall. Guttering not visible inside garage as nested between a horizontal plank which I assume it sits on and a roof purlin. During heavy rain the gutter overloads and water runs down inside of concrete block wall. There is a downpipe halfway along gutter which bends sharply and almost parallels the ground on the inside of the block wall and another at the end of the gutter at the back of the garage on the outside where both downpipes connect to a drain.

Did what was needed. Had a couple of days of rain soon after job completion including heavy showers. No leaks, happy.
