roof repairs - Flashing to top of toilet vent pipe. A number of the roof nails are not sitting flat against the roofing, therefore these wont be waterproof... Old hwc vent flashing needs to be checked to make sure its water proof... Fireplace chimney needs a cover to stop rain getting in... Junction of three ridges has been siliconed - this is not a permanent repair.
