There are two areas leaking on the roof need to be repaired, might need to change some old concrete tiles, seal some crack, also repointing all the ridges, recoating the whole roof. Single level. Quality is important, would like to have the job warranty too.

The job was done in 2018 with 10 years warranty, then had issue again in 2021 and 2022, the company fixed it. So far so good. But according to the owner, they don't do the east Auckland work anymore.
