I need 2 quotes: our 1991 decramastic roof probably needs replacing because expansion joints in the guttering, which are covered with metal flashings, have failed, causing leaks. They cannot be replaced without lifting a lot of roofing so it might be easier to reroof. Quotes, please: 1. Replace the entire roof and replace all guttering and replace/rethink the metal box flashings. 2. Lift decramastic where required, replace expansion joints in gutters and make new.
