Job description
To supply & replace existing external gutters of the whole house. To supply & install 2 PVC white Marley 80ml round downpipes - to house (1 side). Monier Roofing: 1 or 2 tiles on the corner is/are broken, need to fix those only.

Communication & cost were ok..but workmanship very poor quality. There were issues: 2 quotes given, b4 he started & at completion of project (different prices) moaned that he underestimated his materials, stopped his work as I noticed something was wrong. Problem was sorted between contractor & property inspector. Came twice now (different times) since work completed to fix gutters. Job done in 4 days instead of 1-2 as scheduled. Didn't do the re-pointing, not trusting him. "NOT RECOMMENDED"
