Our house is approx 113m2, with a tin roof which needs replacing. It is a mono pitched roof. The house currently doesn't have any insulation or wiring in the ceiling, so we are intending to do this at the same time - so we need a roofer who can accommodate this. We would like to have this work completed by the end of February (can start earlier).
