Iron Roof Repairs Flashings/Windows..

We have a two story House built in the early 80's with a corrugated iron roof. The roof has a steep pitch and has dormer windows for the second floor. The roof is leaking primarily around the dormer windows. Appears to be from the flashings and leaks in from the sides of the iron. I am wanting the roof and windows to be made waterproof. I do not want to replace the roof. The roof also requires a clean and a moss treatment, however happy to put this up a secondary job once the roof is watertight. The house is in Pakuranga, and I can show tradesmen through after 5pm at night, or at weekends. Some internal wall lining may need to be replaced due to water damage as well Cheers..
