Absolutely pathetic to work with. David never answered his phone and he is the owner of this company. Did not reply to messages within a reasonable time frame and the job which was supposed to take a week max, took 3 months. Excuses were that the supplier ordered the wrong product.. 3 times!!!! Worker also put hole through the ceiling which they patched and broke a security camera that even though was not connected, showed they didn't look before doing the work. I have tried several times to get my workmanship guarantee and this has still not been sent. I would highly recommend avoiding this company if you want something done. Would never even look twice at them again and they should be taken off Builders Crack so that other people don't get this same experience.

"Hi Wes Interesting in regards to your ratings above. You were frequently emailed in regards to keeping you up to date. Unfortunately due to the type of roofing as it is a commercial grade and also the roofing supplier ordering incorrectly yes there was a delay. Also I note your workmanship rating - Considerating you had an independent come in and the only real issue they had was the excessive amount of silicone used on joins which and the TV Aerial screws into the roof. This was tidied up and sorted. Twice we have advised you that the guarantee has been sent????"
