Fix my long-run roof

Remove a flue/chimney that formerly served a wood-burner, and replace or patch securely the hole in the roof. The flue was not flashed properly so the area leaks. Removing the flue should be easy, but the long-run iron roof has a fairly steep pitch. In addition, some caps on roof screws have popped up - these might be better fixed when the repaired roof is re-painted. Some interior renovation work depends on fixing this problem.
