New Roof

2 storey town house, 2 houses out of the 4 in the block, about 16 metre long job and single story shed and small 3x1 metre single story jutting out bit. Needs new roof, and some structural work needs doing in at least 1 bedroom where it appears the wood has rotted out. In all this rain, we have leaks in 5 of the 14 rooms in the combined upstairs, not including the hot water cylinder which has no flashing so water pours down the pipe.
