Repair bituminous tiles and add a flashing

I'd like to repair my roof in two parts. One is on my roof, middle image, I think it's a straightforward repair to bituminous tiles. The second leak is coming from my elderly neighbour's house. See interior image and the last image. I have her permission to fix from my neighbour and I can coordinate. I think we just need to add a flashing from where my house is attached to hers. To start, I would need two understand the approach, how much money, and we can proceed from there. I'll only ask to two roofers for a quote/estimation so as not to waste time.

I enjoyed working with Reece and Garth, a few comms hiccups but once pointed out we got back on track. I believe the work is done. We will see in the next big rain.
