There are 2 major leaks under certain weather conditions. 1 - Northerly driving rain causes water to enter the attached Conservatory. I believe it is coming via the ridge cap and is discharging via the Soffit and Facia Board. 2 - The Valley above the front door in heavy rain has water entering the soffit and exiting via the outside light fitting (glass bowl of light fills with water).

Very pleasant and professional in his approach. Reece identified the areas that had generated the leaks and all fixed in a timely manner. Highly recommended for any roofing tasks. .
