We have a (Butynol?) rubber lined internal drain through the middle of our 22-year old house. This drain is leaking, down through a section of our wall and may have been doing so for some years. The leak is thought to be where the drain passes underneath a beam, with imperfectly sealed wrapped rubber, before entering the down-pipe. We need someone to- a) seal the leak, b) assess the drain rubber condition, and c) open the wall, assess and replace damaged wood within the area of leakage
