Check out roof - some cracks in concrete tile roof.

I've recently moved into this house and the building report noted some cracks in the concrete tile roof that they recommended a roofer take a look at to see if they need repairing. I'd also like someone to take a look at the flashing on a bay window that sits just below the eave/spouting. Timeframe - ideally as soon as possible, but I'm realistic so it could be fitted in between other jobs. I'm at home most days. I'm unsure of price. I'd expect this would depend on what you find needs repairing.
