Re-roof Olive Terrace

I am wanting to re-roof my unit. I have recently been let down by the roofer that was going to do the job. It is a low profile (1%) long run roof that I want to replace - like for like. I understand that by doing this I would not be covered by warranties. If possible I would also like to renew the roof insulation at the same time. The current roof is the original roof ( unit built in 1977).m See attached photos of the current roof. Thanks
