Hi We are currently under a 5 day clause on a house we are intending on purchasing. Have had a builders report completed and the building inspector has advised the roof may need a clean and recoat due to rust and an overall look over to ensure that this will be sufficient. Need someone to provide a quote asap as we have until Wednesday. House was built in the 1970's and is low pitched, based in Paraparaumu.
