All materials for the roof are included as per below: Colorsteel Endura T-Rib profile with standard gauge 0.40 Colorsteel Endura flashings with flashguard Thermakraft Netting & Covertek Roof screws, rivets, silicon, lumberloks Soffits / Fascias: James Hardie Soffit smooth lining James Hardie Jointer PVC H3.1 treated pre primed 200 x 25 timber (Fixings will be provided) Gutters & Downpipes: Marley Stormcloud PVC gutter system with downpipes (Fixings will be provided) Property size is Approx. 21mx8m.
