rainwater catchment - gutter replacement and filtration

We're purchasing a house that has been recently relocated. The building report has indicated some portions of the guttering need repair/replacement. As this is a lifestyle section with a rainwater catchment system, we'd like the guttering to be replaced with a gutterguard / overflow if necessary and potentially a water filtration system for the tanks.
