Remove old roofing iron, repair any roof timber and support structures, replace curved iron on veranda, consideration for future solar panel work. Also three bay dormer windows with flat iron need fixed. Back door laundry area has already been done, as has the spouting, but not the down pipes. Some reconfiguration of at least one potential downpipe will need to be addressed as I think it is in the wrong position. I’ve no idea of the area figures, it is a four/five bedroom house, on a small section. It’s leaking badly especially over my kitchen sink, so as soon as possible would be appreciated.
