Repair rust patches in corrugated iron roof

My corrugated iron roof has some rust spots, and also one small patch that appears to have previously been patched with corrugated plastic. The corrugated plastic has cracked and the roof is leaking and my ceiling is dripping. This requires urgent repair. The rust spots also need attention but are not as urgent. Photos were taken a year ago. The clear (but painted) corrugated plastic is shown in the photos, but the crack wasn’t there then. Only became aware of this tonight.
