Replace tile roof with coloursteel or similar. House is on a hill, parts are 7 meters high, has east west and north south profile with channel gutters. Access is by foot but I can move materials to site in advance. Might have scaffolding in place for painting which may or may not be suitable for roof work (may not be high enough in places) Roof 2d area is about 120 m²
