Job description

Re-Roof Tin Roof
Hutt Valley

Re-roof a house with new coloursteel roofing. - The house is a two storey bungalow built in 1936 (second storey added in late 1980s, early 1990s), located in Fairfield, Lower Hutt. I'm guessing most of the roof is more than 40 years old based on the old roofing nails. - It has good access around all of the house and flat access for vehicles at the front of the house. There is a garage for materials storage. - The roof is an old iron roof that is corroding and needs to be replaced. Small leaks are beginning to show up and previous owner patch jobs will only last so long. - Some remedial builders work may be required during the re-roof. - Additionally, a separate price for a sleepout re-roof is required. A new parapet flashing and coloursteel roof is required for this. The sleepout is approx 10m long with 3.1m roofing sheets. - The garage does not need to be re-roofed. This is crossed out in the images.
