I have a 1950s 3-bed house in Avalon with a concrete tile roof. There is one leak in the roof plus one or two cracked tiles that need repair. Also there is quite a bit of moss on the tiles and we have been recommended to have the moss treated, and the roof cleaned and repainted. The lounge has been extended and is covered with a steel roof which has rusted and could do with replacing.
