Suspected roof leaf around chimney flashing
Job description
We have some bubbling and cracking of fresh paint (painted in January) in one small area of the scotia in our lounge. It is right below the upper chimney so I suspect there is a small leak causing excess moisture. Wanting to get someone to take a look in the roof space and let us know what is going on.

Connor did and excellent job with our full re-roof. The pricing was great, and his communication was top notch. Obviously, it's winter so the actual nice days made keeping to schedule impossible, but connor definitely tried to make sure we knew what the plan was and when he would be on time. He took before and after photos which was great, and let us know of any important issues (unknown leaks, rotten timber etc). I highly recommend Connor, and would definitely use him again.
