Approx minimum 7.5 metre flashing apron on roofline to house appears too short in height as this is currently fitted lower than weather board edge ( approx 10-15 mm under and all along the weatherboard roof line ) and not up and behind weatherboard Roof steel is 9 years old and standard Ironsand finish Request to replace or alter to provide water protection
