Job description
House has 100m2 floorspace, + awnings would make the total roof about 110m2. Basic rectangular roof shape with single (split ridgeline). No angle cuts or valleys. Full roof replacement required, including removal of the existing roof. Supply and installation of new heavy weight building paper. Supply and installation of new .40g Longrun corrugated Kiwi Colour Vitor sheets. Fully secure new roof with tek screws. Supply and installation of new .55g soft edged ridge flashings, apron wall flashing & barge flashings. Aqua seals supplied and fitted to external vent pipes. Secure & seal as required. Remove all job related rubbish. Single story + Scaffolding may re required, to be included in the price. Would consider spouting replacement if required. Seeking an experienced roofing team who can undertake the work this summer for a reasonable price and be willing to come back and fix if the roof leaks later in the year! Cheers
