Roof is concrete tile built in 1940s. The building is one half of two. Some repair needs done on the ridge, needs resetting and repointing. Some of the joins on one of the apexes need to be re-glued or re-nailed.

Felix managed to get the job done the day of the lockdown (before 11.59 of course)! Even doing a temporary fix on one of the tiles he missed when looking over the job initially. Excellent!
