Fix downspout

One of our downspouts has come off as it is in the most exposed area of the house and it had terminated at a 90 degree angle about half a metre above the lawn (was never plumbed into storm water). The previous owner obviously resecured it a few times, so I would like a more permanent solution of either securing or repositioning it, whichever makes most sense. Our dog is a bit of a chewer so any protruding fittings closer to ground level would need to be sturdy/metal.
