There are several areas of the roof that are letting in rain and causing leaks. The areas have been identified by our Builder. Possibly under flashings. Parts of the roof may need to be replaced or repaired. It is not believed that the whole roof needs replacing.

We picked Gareth from Makara Valley Roofing over other quotes. He was quick to respond, gave sound advice, allayed fears, friendly, and got the job done quickly. There was an issue after he done the job (out of his control) but he rectified the matter within an hour of contacting him. If you want roof repairs, the whole roof done, or advice, I recommend Gareth and his team. Forget the Big B oys, go with your locals. Thanks Gareth.
