I'm not sure about how to categorize this but I will try to describe my problem and hopefully the right professional will pick this call. I got a leaking ceiling on my living room after a couple of cracks showed up a couple of weeks ago, we initially thought it was related to a previous gutter problem on the deck upstairs which was creating a waterfall, the gutter was fixed and the crack and leak still persisted. Last week the ceiling start dripping non-stop and we end up with a bucket in our living room to contain the water, we need a professional to accurately identify the source of the leaking and fix the problem. Would be also desirable a person to repair and renew the ceiling, the current appearance is dreadful (see pics) - Approximate budget? Maybe more or less? We need somebody urgent!!!

Aidan, charged in advance $850 for materials and service - NOTHING WAS DELIVERED! He worked 2 days a total of 4 hours to erect a scaffold, then he disappeared, we never saw or heard from him again, never replied or contacted us again. We opened our home and were so happy to have him here, but we were fooled, he lied and stole from us, and we had to hire somebody to remove his scaffold from our property, adding more $200 to our losses, and $50 for door handles Aidan took from our home.
